Alice Garrison is great. Everything I have taught her sinks in on the first try. I have thrown her things and she has jumped on board and adapted really well. She is fast and accurate!
We continue to be very happy with Barry Randall and all the assistance he is offering our team. He has really branched out into helping our HOA manager and it's been beneficial.

Thyra Archer is doing great! We are shifting some responsibilities so she is learning some new stuff but overall she is doing great!
Allan Owens has been doing great no complaints, everything has been moving along smoothly. It’s a pleasure to have him a part of our team.
Arlyn Nicholson is doing great as far as I'm concerned. I can tell she is becoming more comfortable with our systems and processes. She is willing to speak up when she has a suggestion or needs further clarity. She has been a wonderful addition to the team.
Bernie Boston has continued to do a wonderful job and also stepped up to help train Shawn. We value his efforts and have no notes for change at this time.
Dustin Beattie has been doing amazing. He's definitely kept up with how we've picked up our process since now having a new maintenance technician and are able to execute our daily tasks in a more productive and timely manner. He is a fast and eager learner. Pleasure to work with.
Jaime Herman is a solid part of our team. We have been awarded a 'top gun' in our system as one of the top 10% of rpm offices in the franchise system for 2023. Jaime has been a part of that success.
Leana Jarvis has been very consistent in her line of work. She is also very receptive to feedback and is able to quickly make the necessary adjustments when needed. I haven't had any complaints or issues so far. Leana has been really helpful and is a great addition to our team.
Stephanie Doyle, Phoebe Leary, and Marie Vickers come to work each day with a great attitude, ready to get the job done, while trying to learn their new roles.
Amelia Malcolm is doing great! We really enjoy working with her.
Martin Pugh continues to be a huge help to us and we could not do what we do without him.
Ellie Boden is doing great!! She does her job well and asks questions appropriately as needed. We enjoy having her as a part of the team.
Mary Turner is an excellent assistant and we are very happy with her performance.
I am pleased to announce another great month with Melissa as part of our team. Her positive attitude, attention to detail, and great work ethic gives me such peace of mind in the finance department. Melissa is always willing to lend a hand when someone needs extra help. We are so thrilled to continue to work with her!
I just wanted to send a quick note to let you know that Valerie Summers is doing a wonderful job with some new tasks that we started her on. She learns very quickly and goes above and beyond in terms of creating her own spreadsheets and tracking materials to complete her workflow. She's awesome!
Beverly McGrady has been a great addition to our team so far. She is super communicative, learns quickly, and is not afraid to ask questions when she has them.
Dawn Sparks continues to going above and beyond with her portfolio that she is supporting. We are currently in process of off boarding a few buildings to another property manager. Dawn is already preparing to help that assistant with any needs and projects during the transition. Something not asked of her but going above and beyond.
Leslie Lohan continues to be a reliable team member for us taking on additional projects with the routine tasks as well.
I just wanted to let you know that my virtual assistant Madelyn Fultz has been great this month. Her hard work and dedication have made a significant difference for me and my team.
Rod Pete and Megan Reese have been maintaining their excellent performance. Lorine Berman has demonstrated exceptional performance during this challenging time. Not only has she flawlessly managed her assigned tasks, but she has also taken on additional responsibilities, particularly in entering invoices, showcasing her adaptability and dedication to the team.
Analy Wilson a constant rock star who can step into my shows at any time and with anything.
Jacky Simmons, Ricky Hester, Chloe Berger, and Archie Garland all of our virtual assistants are doing amazing. They go above an beyond to help witl anything they can. They take great initiative and work very efficiently.
Annmarie Austin & Jullie Simson are both doing a great job. Very hard workers & a great part of our team.
Elvin Bower is a Rock Star! He is on top of everything. I never have to worry if things are being completed. He is never afraid to reach out with questions or ideas.
Both of our Prosper remote assistants Eric Larson and Alexa Walton have been fabulous this month.
I have nothing for Evelyn Burnett to improve on at this time, she is a pleasure to work with very professional does her task in a timely manner. We are lucky to have her on our team.
Faythe Garlington has been a great addition, she's very helpful and very responsive on a regular basis.
Gia Cairns continues to be a great asset to our team, we are very fortunate to have her and hope our partnership continues!
Jayson Price is still doing great. We appreciate his work ethic and positive attitude!
Jeric Akers has been doing well. We have him performing audits for the whole company. He has been doing a good job with these!
As always, Debbie Crawford goes above and beyond in her everyday performance. Her work is accurate, innovative and self-motivated. Debbie requires little to no supervision on her daily tasks and takes ownership in all she does. She is a pleasure to work with and have on our team. Irene Stone has really done a great job of communicating with the team this past month. She is asking for additional duties and striving to improve her work on a daily basis.
Kelly Strunk is great as always. She really plays such a large role with out billing and communication. She has really honed in her coding skills and we had no errors.
Luna Coleman, Jaycelyn Weber, and Sally Becket have all been excellent this month, high quality of work and perfect attendance/task completion.
All is in order with Abigail Dewey. I have been working on shifting her task list around a bit, she has been very receptive on new tasks and is very efficient. I am very happy with her, thanks for checking in!
Aldrin Glover, Jolie Mitchell, Cristine Dale, and Rex Gosling as always, they are incredibly helpful! We love how they all help all of us, not just our intended VA and then work together to knock out projects and tasks! Truly a blessing to have them all!
Likewise for Cleo Thodd, we are also moving a few tasks around. I love how quickly he adapts to and learns new things. If there are every any major concerns, will be sure to promptly notify you, thank you for checking in!
